For our latest limited edition, we’ve partnered with one of Germany’s greatest watchmakers. The Nomos X Revolution Tangente Neomatik 41 Update ‘Resilience’ is an ode to the spirit of overcoming — something that speaks to both the history of Nomos and Glashütte, but also to the humanity’s capacity for endurance, as evidenced by the recent pandemic. The symbol for resilience in nature is the helix — this distinctive spiral can be nature’s response to pressure. In mathematics, the helix is represented by the famous Fibonacci sequence, something that we’ve expressed on the minute track of this midnight-blue dialled Tangente Update. This novel minute track isn’t the only highlight, though — the Update’s patented date display stands out in Yves Klein blue, framing the dial of this 41mm watch perfectly. The Tangente is an iconic Nomos design, and this contemporary version showcases just how versatile it is. Should you need to return an item, you have 7 days from receiving your order to return and send it back to us. The watch must be returned unworn with the protective cover on the face and in its original packaging including the warranty, presentation box and any outer packaging. A MATHEMATICAL SPIRAL

The minute track on this limited edition is unique. While there are a full 60 markers, the numbers 1,1,2,3,5,8,13,21,34 and 55 are shown in Arabic Numerals - an expression of the famous Fibonacci sequence. 

A DIAL OF CONTRASTS

 The midnight blue dial is at once lustrous and sober, and contrasts perfectly with the rhodium-plated seconds subdial, white markers and hands, for maximum legibility. 

A COMPELLING CALIBER

Nomos has a reputation for impressive in-house calibers, and the DUW 6101 is no exception. Remarkably slender at 3.1mm, and the NOMOS Swing System escapement, this movement is a great example of German watchmaking know-how. 

AN INGENIOUS DATE

One of the most striking aspects of the dial is the date display. Rather than use a traditional date window, Nomos has employed a peripheral date, where the current date is bracketed by two coloured apertures for a unique and date display. Here the patented date display is unmissable in bright Yves Klein blue.
